on the scheduled day around 6:00 pm the local cooker (only speaks Portuguese) will arrive and make dinner. She will bring all that is needed to prepare the chosen dish. If you wish you are welcome to see her preparing the food, and eventually take notes. In addition to the main dish the menu includes a dessert that will be ordered from a local bakery

besides preparing dinner the cook will leave the table ready and the kitchen clean. It is up to you to serve your dinner when you feel like it
